Commercial terms and engagement framework governing services provided by LogicHub - F.Z.E.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging LogicHub - F.Z.E (Trade License No. 57090, Ajman Free Zone, UAE) for commercial services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
All services provided—including Event Organization & Management, Photographic Activities, Gifts Trading, E-Commerce, Hospitality Services, Exhibitions Organization, Facility Management, Tourism Consulting, Logistics Consultancy, and Document Preparation—are executed pursuant to signed corporate proposals or formal service agreements specifying deliverables, milestones, and payment schedules.
3. Intellectual Property
All branding, trade monograms, content layouts, and website materials are the intellectual property of LogicHub - F.Z.E. Photography deliverables and custom materials created for clients are transferred according to specific contractual terms.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
